The Edinburg Center is seeking a Clinician (ACCS) to join our team in Burlington MA. This position is intended for individuals searching for job opportunities in Burlington MA, but is based in Bedford MA.

Job Details:

$27.97 per hour
Add $2.25 for Independent Licensure
Add $.75 for select 2nd languages

License: Licensure preferred but pathway to licensure with clinical supervision available!
Location: Mobile community position in the surrounding communities of Burlington, MA
Schedule: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm with limited remote hours available

 

What You Do:
Responsible for developing and providing recovery-oriented, evidence-based and trauma-informed clinical services to Persons Served. Maintains a caseload of Persons Served receiving Integrated Team services. Leads the screening, assessment, and treatment plan development and review process. Assigns and oversees the conducting of assessments, treatment planning and provision by primary team members. Conducts screenings and assessments and delivers interventions identified on the Treatment Plan. Provides modeling and clinical supervision for direct care staff. Provides on-call clinical coverage.
 
Who You Are:
Master’s degree in relevant clinical field plus Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (ie: LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LABA) required.  One year of experience working with adults with major mental illness and co-occurring substance abuse disorders required. Experience working as part of a multidisciplinary team in the provision of clinical, rehabilitative, and recovery-oriented services to Persons Served with major mental illness preferred. Training and experience in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and/or Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Illness Management and Recovery, Stages of Change, Screening, Brief Intervention, Referral, and Treatment (SBIRT), Substance Abuse Treatment, Housing First, Harm Reduction, and Motivational Interviewing and trauma-informed care strongly preferred. Stages of Change, Screening, Brief Intervention, Referral, and Treatment (SBIRT), Substance Abuse Treatment, Housing First, Harm Reduction, and Motivational Interviewing, First Aid, CPR, and MAP certification within three months of hire required. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
