Integrated Employment Services

Employment is seen as a critical component of a recovery-oriented system of care. A core Edinburg Center service delivery principle is the provision of quality, evidenced-based practices for employment services. Supported by the Director of Employment Services, employment specialists throughout the Edinburg Center work in partnership to develop community-based and competitive employment opportunities for individuals. The Edinburg Center provides training and support to staff regarding evidenced-based employment practices, benefits counseling and employment development.

The Edinburg Center is a qualified provider of services for the Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission through the Competitive Integrated Employment Services and is an Employment Network for the Social Security Administration Ticket to Work program.

Currently, Employment Services are available through the Charles Webster Potter Place Clubhouse, the Community Based Flexible Supports (CBFS) Program, the PACT (Program for Assertive Community Treatment) Team and the Transitions Day Treatment Program.
