Clinical Services

Developmental Disabilities (DD) Clinical Team
The Developmental Disabilities Clinical Team provides supports to individuals who live independently in the community, who live with their families or in residential programs. Supports provided by the team include: case management, basic skill training and advocacy services, competency guardianship evaluations, outpatient counseling, behavior consultation and psychiatric services. Referrals for Clinical Team services are made through the Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services (DDS).

Individual Supports
Individual Supports are flexible services which increase or decrease as the needs of the person change. The goal of service delivery is to assist persons with supports to live as independently as possible in the community. Individual supports may include, but are not limited to, medical management, housing and subsidy assistance, advocacy and household management. Referrals for Individual Supports are made through the Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services (DDS).
