Clinical Services
Developmental Disabilities Clinical Team
The Developmental Disabilities Clinical Team provides support services to individuals who live with their families, in residential programs or who live independently in the community. Services provided by the team include: case management; basic skill training and advocacy services, which enable individuals to reside in the most independent and least restrictive settings possible; competency guardianship evaluations; outpatient counseling; behavior consultation and psychiatric services.
Individual Support
Individual Supports is a service provided to persons who require more extensive supports. These supports are flexible and increase or decrease as the needs of the person change. The goal of service delivery is to assist persons with supports to live as independently as possible in the community. Individual supports may include but is not limited to medical management, housing and subsidy assistance and household management.
