Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT)
Lead Nurse
Psychiatrist
Part time position (20 hours) available as a member of a self-contained interdisciplinary team which utilizes an assertive recovery-oriented outreach model. Share clinical responsibility with Team Leader for developing and monitoring clinical treatment and supervising staff delivery of clinical services. Provide medical supervision to nursing staff. Provide psychopharmacological treatment to all PACT clients. Provide supportive therapy. Provide crisis evaluations. Consult with families. Provide outreach services in clients’ homes or other community locations as needed.
Qualifications & Experience: M.D. Board certified or Board eligible in psychiatry. Licensed to practice medicine. Experience with serious mental illness required. Knowledge of PACT model preferred. Valid driver's license required.
Nurse
Full-time position available providing a range of nursing duties, including the development of medication policies and procedures, medication administration and monitoring, and consultation to clients, families and staff about medication/medical issues; other responsibilities include treatment planning, implementation and documentation, outreach, support, and case coordination as part of an interdisciplinary team.
Qualifications: BSN and at least 1 year experience treating persons with serious mental illness; substance disorder, psychosocial rehabilitation and assertive community treatment experience preferred. Valid MA driver's license required. Reliable transportation required.
Substance Abuse Specialist
Full time (40 hour) position available providing and coordinating substance abuse assessment, treatment planning and service delivery tailored to the individual needs of clients with dual disorders of mental illness and substance abuse utilizing an assertive outreach mode as a member of a self-contained interdisciplinary team.
Qualifications : Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Rehabilitative Counseling or related field required. At least 2 years’ experience providing rehabilitative services to adults with mental illness required. At least 1 year experience providing substance abuse treatment interventions to persons with co-occurring mental illness required. Certification as and addictions counselor preferred. Community Based Flexible Supports
Director of Residential Services
Full-time position available. We are looking for a Director to oversee clinical and administrative operations of five residential rehabilitation programs in our Community Based Flexible Support (CBFS) Services. CBFS offers high quality, person-centered rehabilitation services to adults diagnosed with mental illnesses, some of whom may also have co-occurring diagnoses such as PTSD or substance abuse. S/he will perform all intakes and assessments of persons referred for service. The Director will train and supervise the site managers and staff in developing Individual Action Plans with consumers and in documenting consumer progress. S/he will ensure services are recovery-oriented and inclusive of families and significant others. S/he will also ensure adherence to Edinburg Center/CBFS Services policies and procedures and compliance with all state and local licensing/certification requirements and regulations.
Qualifications: Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts and 2 years post Master’s work experience in mental health required. Training and experience in Applied Behavior Analysis and/or Cognitive Behavioral Therapy strongly preferred. Supervisory experience required. Experience working with adults with mental illness required. Valid driver’s license required.
Recovery Counselor III
Full time (40 hour) position available providing recovery-oriented psychosocial rehabilitation services, case coordination, advocacy, support, and to adults with mental health issues living in a CBFS residential treatment program. Supervises Overnight Counselor I’s as assigned and functions as senior staff when supervisor is off duty.
Qualifications: BA or BS and at least one year of experience in the field required, two years in the field preferred. Experience in relevant evidenced based practices preferred. Mental Health Counselor

Full time position (40 hour) available working as part of a team providing Peer Support Services through outreach to adults with mental illnesses in our CBFS Services program. Also, provide Peer Support Services in the Decision Support Center for the CommonGround Personal Medicine Pilot in our Outpatient Clinic.

Intensive Community Supports
Assistant Director
40-hour position in an innovative community-based hospital diversion/step-down program to assist persons with mental health conditions who are endeavoring to achieve stability in the community. Primary responsibilities include assisting in the management of the daily clinical and administrative operations of both outreach team and 24-hour respite component. Other responsibilities include clinical assessment, treatment planning, implementation and documentation, outreach, skills training, supportive counseling, case coordination, linkage, and transportation. After hours on-call responsibility.
Qualifications: Masters degree in relevant clinical field plus Licensed Professional of the Healing Arts (LPHA) required. LICSW strongly preferred. Minimum of three years clinical experience in field required. Supervisory and/or management experience preferred. Valid driver’s license required. First Aid, CPR, and MAP certification within three months of hire required.
Respite Counselor II
Full time (40 hour), part-time (20 hour) and part-time overnight (20 hour) positions available in an innovative, community-based, step-down program to assist mental health consumers to avoid unnecessary hospitalization or transition successfully from the hospital to community living. Primary responsibilities include providing direct client services in a 24-hour respite component.
Qualifications: BA and at least 1 year experience with adult mental health population; experience in assertive community treatment (ACT) model programs and knowledge of psychosocial rehabilitation preferred. Peer Specialist
Part-time (24 hour) position available position in an innovative community-based hospital diversion/step-down program to assist persons with mental health conditions who are endeavoring to achieve stability in the community. Responsibilities include providing essential experience and consultation to an interdisciplinary team that utilizes an assertive outreach model to promote a culture in which each consumer’s subjective experiences, points of view and preferences are recognized, respected and integrated into all treatment, rehabilitation and support services. Participates in all program planning processes and provides direct services that promote consumer recovery, self-determination and decision-making.
Qualifications: Experience in the Mental Health field required. Experience as a peer advocate or peer specialist strongly preferred. Certified Peer Specialist strongly preferred. BA preferred. Part-time position (20 hours) working as a part of a clinical team that provides support services to persons with Developmental Disabilities.Responsibilities include direct service caseload providing counseling, case management, behavior management and skill acquisition training to consumers in their homes and/or clinic settings.

CASE COORDINATOR
Full time position (40 hrs.) working as a part of a Clinical Team that provides support services to persons with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include direct service caseload providing case management, behavior management and skill acquisition training to consumers in their homes and/or clinic settings.

Children's Behavioral Health Initiative
Therapeutic Mentor (Case Coordinator)
Part time position (20 hrs) working as a part of the CBHI services that provides Therapeutic Mentoring services and Therapeutic Training and Support services to families and children with mental health needs. Therapeutic Mentoring responsibilities include direct one-to-one strength-based supports to youth, including coaching and training to improve daily living, social and communication skills in the youth’s home or community settings. Therapeutic Training and Support responsibilities include supporting the CBHI’s In Home Therapist by implementing the therapeutic objectives of the treatment plan designed to teach the youth specific coping skills that address the youth’s mental health, behavioral and emotional needs.
Qualifications:21 years of age or older; Bachelor’s degree and one year experience working with youth required; Training/experience in applied behavior analysis preferred; Valid MA driver’s license required.
Therapeutic Mentor
Fee-for-service or part-time position providing one-to-one strength-based supports, coaching and training to youth to improve daily living, social and communication skills in the youth’s home or in community settings.
Minimum Qualifications: 21 years of age or older; Bachelor’s degree in a human service field and one year experience working with youth; OR Associate’s degree in a human services field and one year of experience working with youth; OR high school diploma or GED and a minimum of two years of experience working with youth
In-Home Therapist
Fee-for-service or part-time position providing strength-based in-home therapy to youth and family to treat the youth’s behavioral health needs and to improve the family’s ability to provide effective support for the youth’s successful functioning in the home and community.
Minimum Qualifications: Licensed Master’s-level Mental Health Clinician with at least two years experience working with youth and families. Experience with in-home therapy and applied behavior analysis preferred.
Developmental Disabilities
Licensed Practical Nurse

Part time position (20hours) available in a residential group home located in Bedford providing nursing services such as implementation of health related systems including, but not limited, to ostomoy care, wound care, health care plans, oral health protocols, and foley catheter care. The LPN will be responsible for assessing client’s basic health status and implementing nursing interventions as outlined by superior licensed professionals. He/She will collaborate, communicate, and cooperate, as appropriate, with other health care providers to ensure quality and continuity of care. Developmental Disabilities Residential House Manager
A full time House Manager position is available for a residential program in Bedford. Provide direct care and administrative coverage for a residential program serving adults with developmental disabilities and progressive medical needs. Responsible for the daily clinical and administrative functions of the program including the monitoring of ISP’s, supervision of staff, and scheduling coverage. The House Manager will be responsible for the coordination of all medical appointments. Ensure the individuals stability, safety, health promotion and maintenance, as well as acquisition of community living skills. Accompany clients on appointments and community outings. Work collaboratively with other treatment providers, family, and guardians to maximize each person’s dignity and quality of life. Assist in all aspects of home life such as meal planning and preparation, budgeting and leisure time.
